Throw Back- First Concert Ever- Dir en Grey at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre

The first live I went to was shortly after my high school graduation. At the time, I was really into Japanese rock music and it was just starting to come to the United States at the time.  As far as I know, this was one of the first, major nationwide tours that a Japanese band participated in.  I was really excited to see them.

They even had a meet and greet at the end of the performance! It was a wonderful end to the day.

And now, on to the madness of my high school writings.

Dir en Grey live at FAMILY VALUES 2006

OMG.


OMFG.

*sqeals like a fan girl and runs around in circles*

DIR EN GREY WAS F-ING AWESOME AND IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT [they didn't preform until right before ummm those people the REAL Family Values people] and it was so worth the money! *faints*

I got sunburned too but I DON'T GIVE AN F.

I got to see Dir en Grey! They looked fantabulous! There were so many Dir en Grey fans at the concert too I was amazed that there were so many fans in Colorado. I had no idea. Just remembering it is making me quake! Hahah. Well, to par, they came out to G.D.S. then they played stuff off of Withering to Death and Vulgar. They played Child Prey and The Final =D

Afterwards we RAN to go to the meeting tent. I bought Withering to Death, again, just so I could shake SOMEONES hand. The little wristband and everything, you know. Well we waited like an hour and talked to three girls in the line with us. When they finally got there, it was Kaoru and Toshiya! =D

The line went really fast after that and the people coming out of the line were just staring at their hands in amazement, even the guys that were rocking out during the show. XD When we got up there, Chrissy went first and I went second.

I SHOOK KAORU AND TOSHIYA'S HANDS!!! TOSHIYA LOOKED AT ME WHEN I SHOOK HIS HAND AND SAID 'THANK YOU'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*fan girl scream*

Die looks fantabulous, with his new hair do! Kyo punched himself and made himself bleed again. Chrissy was freaking out during the whole thing, she was saying "OMG Kyo's bleeding!" ...Chrissy he does that every live show. "Really? WHY???" ...It's Kyo who knows. 


I bought a poster and a shirt and the album. If I have fifty more dollars I could have bought the dvd "It Withers and Withers." But noooooooo  effin hell.
