Throw Back - Kat-Tun at Tokyo Dome

In 2009, I didn't make it to any live performances that were super exciting for me. I saw some free shows at my college but none were super memorable to me.  In 2010 I was in Japan for a study program the majority of the year.  I was lucky enough to know a girl obsessed with the Johnny's band Kat-Tun and she got tickets for us and two other friends near the end of our time in Japan.

My greatest memory of this performance was Nakamaru Yuichi (my favorite in Kat-Tun) beat-boxing, and having the audience be so quiet that we could hear him as he took the microphone away.  Our seats were horrible- at the very top of the stadium.  Luckily, there were several large screen TVs so that we could see what was going on.

Sunday was the FREAKIN' KAT TUN CONCERT! (Went with Naoko, Chrys and Nhu)  I... was in shock that I was actually going, I think.  I kept thinking that it was the next week.  ...I just have to say a few things.
1. Akanishi Jin not being there is great- for Koki.  He took over most of Jin's parts and even though Kat Tun cannot harmonize as nicely without him (of course not, they're not used to it yet) Koki did a pretty damn good job.
2. Nakamaru is an awesome beat boxer.  And adorable.  And I love him.
3. yappari, Johnny's concerts are awesome
